problème d'hygiène au spa couche plein de caca, attention le directeur Jorge Heleno a était informé et nous a éviter tout le séjour réponse Par mail plusieurs jours après le départ,pour dire que l'eau a était changer se qui et faut d'autres clients continuer a se baigner après l'incident ,un spa doit être être fermé immédiate âpres l'incident , vous avez aucune escuse monsieur Jorge Heleno j'imagine même pas se qui a du avoir dans se jaccuzi ou autres car visiblement vous ne réagissez pas de suite,vous ne respectez pas les clients et vous fuyer les problème malheureusement vous compter sur vos salariée ces lamentable la communication va êtes faite monsieur vous Avez gâché nos vacances.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem netten Spa Angebot. Badekappe ist aber erforderlich und muss, wenn keine eigene vorhanden, käuflich erworben werden.
Nahe an der Basilika.
Gutes Frühstück und eine nette Bar.

Tranquilo y bien situado. Parking gratis. Desayuno muy bueno. Media pensión sólo incluye 1 sopa a elegir+plato principal y postre. Bien cocinado y atendido pero limitado. El spa es decepcionante, 1 piscina con agua poco caliente y 1 chorro decorativo. Una bañera jacuzzi que huele muchísimo a químico y sauna enana. El personal de recepción muy poco colaborador y pasota. Es un sitio muy turístico y tienen todo vendido...

Boa Localização, perto do Santuário e duma das saídas principais desta localidade (grande vantagem nos dias de peregrinação). Têm parque de estacionamento. Instalações muito agradáveis para qualquer tipo de destino. Serviços impecáveis quer na alimentação quer nas instalações
